Bi-State Rubber installs the strongest hot vulcanized splice on the market. We can also provide your belt with ends prepared for plate fasteners or our special recess hinge fastener.
Shot blast belts are a conveyor system that involves applying abrasive materials at high velocity and pressure in order to remove those hard-to-clean substances, such as paint and rust, from surfaces. Shot blast tumble belts use a gentle tumbling process combined with drainage holes in order to drain out the materials and achieve the best results. Shot blasts and tumble belts are found in the following industries: diecasting, foundries, automotive parts rebuilders, heat treating companies, and metal finishing companies. These belts are efficient but powerful, resulting in them sometimes undergoing tough conditions depending on your product. Bi-State Rubber can help you figure out the perfect belt that fits your specific needs and increases your overall productivity.

Cleats and Guides
Guides and cleats can both be hot vulcanized to the belt. Guides are applied to the bottom to prevent side-to-side movement, while cleats are on top and help carry products on the belt up an incline. We can also custom design a belt to create an efficient and durable product that fits your specific needs. A variety of hot vulcanized tumbling cleats and tracking guides available.
