Holes and Patterns

How to measure a belt

I.C. is inside circumference. This is the most accurate, but can only be measured off the machine or from a spare belt.
O.C. is outside circumference. This is most commonly used, but has drawbacks. Belt thickness must be considered. Belt can be measured inside the machine by taping short distances and marking or measuring c.c. on cleats and total cleat count. Special concern to where take-up is set must be noted on either method of measuring.

Base Belting

3 ply and 4 ply belting available with the industry’s most durable covers. Available in 3/16″ x 1/16″, 1/4″ x 1/16″ and 3/8″ x 3/32″.
